Holiday Evening at 4S Commons
December 4, 6 to 10pm, 4S Commons
On Thursday, December 4 from 6 to 10 pm, the 4S Ranch ~ Del Sur Community Foundation is proud to bring you a Girls Night Out Holiday Evening at the 4S Commons. The purpose of this event is to raise money for Del Sur, Monterey Ridge and Stone Ranch Elementary Schools as well as the entire 4S Ranch and Del Sur communities. Participating businesses in 4S Commons will donate a portion of the evening’s proceeds and extend their hours until 10 pm so you can eat, shop, and socialize. Enjoy a Civil Disobedience Fashion Show and spa treatments from East of Eden Spa & Salon, treats from Maggie Moo’s and Starbucks, and much, much more! To attend Holiday Evening at the 4S Commons, you must purchase a Shopping Express Pass for $10. This will give you entrance to all of the activities for the evening in addition to significant value in coupons and discounts for 4S Commons retailers. HOA to Host Santa at the Library
December 7, 1-4pm, 4S Ranch Library
The 4S Ranch Home Owners Association is bringing Santa to the 4S Ranch library. His reindeer plan on landing at the library on Sunday, December 7 from 1–4 pm. The newly formed Boys & Girls Club choir will be singing carols and cookies and milk will be served along with a Christmas craft. If that is not enough for the little ones, Mrs. Claus will be reading a story and each child will get a brief visit with SANTA! This event is limited to 4S Ranch Homeowners and their children.
Santa Luz Holiday Home Tour
December 10, 6-9pm - All proceeds go to the Oak Valley Middle School
The Oak Valley Foundation Holiday Home Tour will be held on Wednesday, December 10 from around 6 to 9 pm. The tour will include five beautiful homes in the Santa Luz development, all festively decorated for the holidays. There will be delicious desserts at each home along with a pre-lit, pre-decorated tree that will be raffled off. The tickets will be $20 and will include one raffle ticket toward the tree or a fabulous gift. All proceeds go to Oak Valley Middle School. This is going to be one fabulous, festive evening that you do not want to miss! Please mark your calendar and buy your tickets early. 4S Ranch Holiday Decorating Contest
Weekend of December 13 & 14
The holiday decorating contest in 4S Ranch has only one rule...you must be a resident of the 4S Ranch Master Association. Delegates will be sent out for first-round judging over the weekend of December 13 & 14. Anyone wishing to participate will need to have their displays up and ready by that date. They should also make sure to turn on their lights as soon as it gets dark. Grand Prize judging is tentatively scheduled to take place on Thursday, December 18.
